Locally Owned. Detail Focused. Built on Pride in Our Work.
Lion’s Pride Flooring was built on a simple idea: Do the job right, every time. We’re a locally owned, owner-operated flooring installation company serving Southeast Wisconsin. From the first consultation to the final detail, every project is handled with care, precision, and personal accountability. When you hire Lion’s Pride, you’re not dealing with layers of subcontractors or rotating crews. You’re working directly with professionals who take pride in their name and stand behind their work.
Owner Operated. Personally Invested.
Lion’s Pride Flooring is led by Conor Rohrer, who oversees day-to-day operations and every installation personally. That means:
Clear communication
Consistent quality
Attention to detail
No shortcuts
No passing the buck
Every project is treated like it’s our own home — because our reputation depends on it. We don’t measure success by how many jobs we rush through. We measure success by how confident homeowners feel in their floors long after installation.
Why Homeowners Trust Us
We may not always be the lowest quote — and that’s intentional. Quality flooring installation starts with proper preparation, thoughtful layout, and taking the time to do things correctly the first time. Rushed work leads to problems later. We’d rather deliver results that last. Our goal is simple: floors that look great, feel solid, and perform for years to come.
A True One-Stop Flooring Partner
From removal to finishing details, we handle every step of your project in-house. That includes:
Removing existing flooring
Subfloor preparation and corrections
Professional installation
Trim and finishing work
Thorough cleanup
One crew. One process. One point of contact. No confusion. No finger-pointing. No surprises. Just dependable, professional work from start to finish.
Built on Craftsmanship and Pride
Over the years, we’ve built our reputation the old-fashioned way — by showing up on time, communicating clearly, and delivering quality work we’re proud to put our name on. It’s not complicated. Respect the home. Prepare properly. Install with care. Stand behind the result. That’s the Lion’s Pride standard.
