Laminate needs love too! This is about 1250 sqft in a basement complete with foam underlayment. The customer was not only impressed with the results, but said that us getting done so quick really put his project back on the right track! Gotta love it! #lionsprideflooringnews

New flooring ran throughout the house always totally changes the look and feel of any home. After a few hours of prep (grinding thin-set and patching) we were able to lay about 700 sq ft of LVP on this one in about a day and a half! #lionsprideflooringnews

This rental got everything it needed and then some! Some subfloor, some patch, some sanding-the whole ball of wax. Made quick work out of it though and the customer couldn’t be happier to start working on finding tenants earlier than expected! #lionsprideflooringnews

There’s something about a perfectly tight-fit stair that never gets old. This client opted for a “retro-fitted” stair treads which basically means each step is 1 piece. White millboard was used on the riser to make for a very clean finished look. She was beyond excited to have her home 1 step closer to complete! #lionsprideflooringnews

Just wrapped this one up from yesterday! After some walls were removed in this rental to provide a more open concept, there was a healthy of TLC needed before ANY flooring went down. First, we installed subfloor to fill the void from the old walls. Then, we mixed up a few bags of floor patch to fix any indifferences and secure a stable subfloor. As much as we love putting smiles on our customers faces, some days its nice to just zone out with one goal in mind: banging in boards. New construction jobs are a nice change of pace sometimes, with not a ton to worry about throughout the day like tear out, prep or furniture moving. 2300 sq ft laid in two days, team of 2 🤑 #lionsprideflooringnews

We managed to get this one done a couple of weeks ago in one weekend, featuring some very late nights. Our clients planned on selling their house, so we wanted to do everything in our power to make sure that went as smoothly as possible. We ended up fixing nearly all the squeeks throughout the house- over 5 pounds of screws 😅 16 on center baby 💪 #lionsprideflooringnews

I’d say it definitley wasn’t a horrible first attempt on these LVP pie stairs! Our customer is also very excited to have found a new, dependable flooring contractor that they plan on calling for all of they’re flooring needs! 🫡

Pictures definitley don’t do this job justice. Your looking at around 1800 sq ft of new LVP, about 15 bags of patch, and about 100 man hours in 4 days. The customer ( and his dogs) already love the new floors, and will be calling us for the basememt in the coming months! #lionsprideflooringnews

Another weekend spent banging in boards! About 800 sq ft plus tear out, patching and a fresh set of steps. Topped it off with brand new white shoe-don’t worry customer is painting baseboard to match 😁

Man have we been busy…this one from last week really changed the vibe of the entire house. We ripped out the old flooring (laminate and engineered hardwood) and replaced with beautiful new LVP. The customers were super happy to have such a big update done in only 2 days!

We had a blast replacing the old cork flooring in this home from last week and replacing it with brand new LVP. The white trim against the dark flooring ended up looking awesome, and the customer already told us we’ll be back for more 🫡. Switching out the carpet for glue-down LVP did it’s typical number on this soon-to-be living room basement! There was hardly any waste factored into the job and we still had enough to make sure the cats got a room upgrade too! #lionsprideflooringnews
